Repair and Replacement |
Easily replace a single block or an entire window panel. Block Replacement Kits To replace a broken block, Acrylic Block Replacement Kits may be special ordered through a Hy-Lite dealer. Since there are a number of different sizes and styles of acrylic blocks in the Hy-Lite brand, you must first determine which type of acrylic block and frame that you have. In order to do this, please contact Hy-Lite Customer Service at 888.256.2599 and provide the following information (as much as you have available): - Original invoice number - Approximate date of purchase or installation - Dealer through which the window was purchased - Which block(s) need to be replaced - At least two photographs: 1) Photo of the entire window from the interior; 2) Photo of the bottom right corner block that includes the entire block and the frame from the interior. This information will allow our Customer Service team to determine the correct kit for your exact window. Hy-Lite does not recommend replacing more than two blocks in a single window. Please note that Craft Blocks or cases of acrylic blocks cannot be used to repair an acrylic block window. You must order the appropriate acrylic block replacement kit through a dealer with the help of a Hy-Lite Customer Service Representative.
