Fixed Picture Windows

Acrylic Block Fixed Picture Windows eliminate the need for window treatments while providing privacy and natural light.

Acrylic Blocks

Hy-Lite's acrylic blocks are comprised of architectural-grade acrylic resin, and are injection-molded in our Pensacola, Florida, U.S.A manufacturing plant. Acrylic blocks are made from colorless acrylic and can be ordered in Wave, Glacier, CrossRib, and tinted SunBlock patterns. Each acrylic block is heat-welded and then assembled into window panels by hand by American workers.

Once acrylic blocks are assembled into the desired panel size, they are then triple-sealed using mold- and mildew-resistant silicone in a choice of white or tan/driftwood.

Fixed Vinyl Frames

Acrylic block windows can be ordered in new construction frames with integral nail fins or with integral nail fins J-channels for siding. For replacement window options, frame choices include a box frame for traditional replacement applications or a flush flange for openings in which the original frame is left in place.

Vinyl frame colors include White, Tan, Driftwood, and Bronze. See image gallery below for color illustrations.
