Pensacola, FL December 1, 2023 - SJR Block, LLC, the largest distributors of glass block in North
America, announces their acquisition of Hy-Lite, A U S Block Windows Company, manufacturers
of acrylic block, glass block and decorative glass windows. This acquisition aligns seamlessly
with their expertise with glass block and will further enhance their product offerings. The
company now boasts the widest selection of Glass Block, Glass Brick, Acrylic Block and
Decorative Windows in North America, supplying their extensive network of customers in the
US and Canada for decades.

With the addition of Hy-Lite, the company looks forward to embracing the future to grow the
business while continuing to deliver the highest quality products at fair prices, accompanied by
exceptional service to our loyal distributors. The company has brought back several key
members of their outstanding team, including Jennifer Bryson and Yesenia Ashpaugh. Jennifer
Bryson has worked for Hy-Lite, U.S. Block Windows since 2004. Yesenia Ashpaugh started her
career with Hy-Lite in 1996 prior to the merger of Hy-Lite and U.S. Block Windows. The two of
them will oversee the Sales and Customer Service at Hy-Lite Specialty Windows. Both are
committed to providing unparalleled service and a smooth buying experience.

The new company will be attending several national shows this year, including the International
Builders Show in Las Vegas this February. They also plan to introduce new products annually to
enhance their customers' sales and profitability
